First Impressions
Interesting logo. The colors don't really fit with the blue, but since the main guy is blue, it works, sort of. Where the **** is Brisbane?
Design
The accessibility tab is cool. I've actually never seen one of those before. Is that part of the site, or part of your design demo thing? The typography is okay, but I'm not a big fan of impact. Perhaps try
urbanfonts.com or
betterfonts or
1001 fonts to find something less...generic? However, that it's the same as the logo is good designing practice. You want everything to feel consistent and separated at the same time.
The black on white is slightly killer, but it's midnight, so it could just be me. Are you using #fff for your font color? If so, I would suggest picking an off-white color. It's less blatant. Try
http://chir.ag/phernalia/name-that-color/ for colors.
The picture to the right is fine. Good job. One last thing, I'm not sure if the header quite fits with the concept. Maybe you could show people running around a circuit? Can they silhouette that?
Content
Random question, but are you European? I noticed derivative spellings of words and was trying to figure out if it's culture or typo. Although, technically, they aren't wrong. Depending on what area you're marketing to, you want to use that grammar association, though. Edit - Australian.
Okay so the spellings make sense. In that case, aside from random capitalization (pick between "Personal Training" or "personal training"...you can't have both, sorry. And at times it's like, "Personal training" or "personal Training") it's good to go.
I think the product is well sold, considering I only have one page to go off of. What is "GP"? Also, perhaps make your special terms and conditions more separated. Such as "classes must be paid for a week in advance." Something like:
Personal Training Sessions - $50 per hour*
* sessions must be paid for a week in advance.
SEO
The words "personal training" are used a good deal, which is actually a good thing, because those are keywords. Because they're consistent, the search engine indexes them better. I would say switch the title order to "Personal Training - Feelgood Factor." Maybe put some meta-keywords in your <head> tag?
Would I Sign Up?
Probably, yeah. I'm not a gym kind of person, and I could use some training, probably. I like the reaching your goals bit, it's a good selling point.
Overall Impression
Very nice job. The design is nice, and the font isn't really a big issue, it's just an accent that I think would work better. I'd like to see what the site looks like fully put together, mostly.
