Good color scheme and nice design. Just a few little things.
1. Get rid of the Google ads that go horizontally under your header.
2. The guys head in the header I would not let it breakout of the blue area unless you want to move him down a bit and let him layer over the grey link bar as well. It looks too layered to have him over the blue part but under the grey bar.
3. A couple of your resource center links spill to a second line and they aren't centered anymore as well as the homepage link at the top right being to close to the edge of the grey bar (I'm using firefox)
4. I would move those two paragraphs at the bottom explaining what you are to above the fold. This will help a bit with SEO.
