The site is...blue. I don't know how else to describe it really xD But you definitely need to change the color scheme. I don't notice the logo right away--the ad next to it gets all my attention because of its size and colors. Make the logo big and have it stand out. Aside from the ads, nothing really does stand out.
After I get past the colors, I can see it could use a bit more organization thought. As of right now, I can't tell what kind of games you offer before scrolling a long way down. I'd say move the 'browse all games' thing up higher, and condense that sidebar from two columns to one so your games can get the main focus.
Aside from that, maybe get some new pictures. The ones you have seem to be blurry and I can't exactly tell what they are!
It's not terrible, but it definitely needs some work to be visually pleasant and user friendly =)
