Make some kind of intro. Introduce the website, tell the audience what you're doing on the web. I feel that it is too in your face, upon entering.
Maybe adding this as the first content block, and the creating a block on the right side, for newest, or maybe most popular games.
The navigation is easy, but not so appealing. Maybe you can incorporate some kind of rollover images, while also adding a main content area, so that your website doesn't appear as thou boxes are just floating.
Also, try and get rid of the anime characters with big boobs in the footer. Not too sure if your younger audience would appreciate those.
