First Impression

"Have I seen this design before? I dunno...it's one of the simpler ones."

Design

In the event that it's not a free template - it sure as heck looks like one. You are without logo, and therefore without branding! As well, the colors in the navigation clash with your "background" AND are random. Oh, and your text is sticking out of your navigation background image. Honestly, it's not really a design, but images floating in a sea of black. It doesn't look like what I'd think a CG site would be at all. Oh, and just because you've been established since '95 doesn't mean your site has to show it.

Some suggestions: lighten up the theme, and get a color scheme. And a logo. Get a structure, and go from there. Oh, and make the forums match the website.

Content

It's lists! All of it! LISTS GALORE I SAY! Even the contact page. There's not so much content as "items." You're not employing any kind of sales pitch to sell your work at all. I'm going to assume your emailing skills are phenomenal then. Add some content, and I'll review it.

Would I Use It?

Nope. I don't feel your presentation was strong enough, and there's no image or presence to connect your company to.

Overall

It feels...basic. Very, very basic. Can I suggest doing a major overhaul? You don't have that much "content" to re-copy, and therefor you're free to experiment!

I'm agree completely with the previous post, and would add this - you list on your front page the services you offer, but a non-techo saavy person might not understand what those services are. I got a friend to look over my shoulder, and she asked what some of the stuff meant - she's the type that can read her email and surf the web, but that's it. And, I might add, she runs a company that uses technology daily. A few well chosen phrases would go a long way to catching customers that aren't really sure which service they need.

The "Why choose us" on your contact page needs its on spot other than on the contact page, and needs to be expanded. OK, you're a new company, and you charge less than the big guys, but why do I want you to do my work - what can you offer me that the big guys can't or won't? A little bit of a sales pitch that gives the customer a good rason to call you would work well there.

Lastly, I noticed one of the service you offer is web design with sites starting at $250. What does that include? I can image a customer calling for a website, thinking they'll be getting a server to run it on, too! You might want to give a few details there.

Keep fixing it up, you'll get there!

Awesome design..just wanted to tell you that instead of writing about us.html; use about_us.html so that the space in between does not show as % mark.... this is for SEO, nothing else

I like its design and its color scheme. But its logo is quite simple.Better add some style on its text and make it bigger. I think it would also look better if you change the style of the font in your content..

The design is nice and clean. I am not a fan of dark sites for professional business sites but that is probably just a personal opinion. It's fast loading which is always a plus for your guest.

The one suggestion I would make is on your forum. It is obvious that it is new and there are not many post or posters as of yet. I think I would take off the "Elite" thread which requires a member to have made 100 post to be accepted into that thread. Chances are you will have a long wait before you get enough registered members to put many post in that thread and visitors will often read empty threads as lack of interest in the product.

I did like the dark design, But i decided to change the views. Thank you very much for the comments made above, I did fix the About Us issue, and i removed the elite forum.
So let me know if this is better. Thanks

It is very simple and sweet, but it seems like it is in its early stages and could use a little more content so that customers know what they are getting.
