First Impression

Design
Woooow, um. It's all over the place. I would give suggestions, but I don't even know what you're trying to do, honestly. I don't know where your logo is, or what color scheme you were going for. So I guess I'll nitpick what you have now, and see if that helps
1. Black w/ bright yellow links? ...no, just no.
2. All of your graphics are pretty grainy, including the gradients.
3. The whole thing comes off as messy, there's no "packaging" and not enough "assigned colors" to allow you to go with the minimalist style.
4. Put some more work in, or hire a designer.
Oh! Your web hosting guide has style! I defy you to expand that to the rest of your site! And your site name isn't clickable.
Content
So I thought you were your own hosting company from the name, but it's actually just links to other companies. Why not put that in your title? "The Best Hosting Companies on the Web - Hostingberg" I don't really see "content" so much so as links...
Would I Use It?
I can't even read it. The text is too dark.
Overall
You need a lot of work here just in the basics. Pick some colors and make a logo and start messing around with the CSS. Good luck.
