Website Review and Suggestions

Hi all,

The first design I did for this site got mixed reviews and there were some good ideas, so I have tried to put them together and make a better design.

I think the second design is much cleaner. Everything feels organized and I like the logo. Nice job.

I didn't see the first one but I like this one quite a bit. A few recommendations:

-> Use your footer style as your navigation at the top... play with it a bit
-> Drop the font size of your body content... too big
-> Do something different with the big, red text below the logo.

Additionally, make sure that you give some good information about who you are and your P.T. theory. I've had/seen good and bad experiences and would put a lot of weight behind what you had to say about exercising...

You are either a designer or your not. I wouldn't worry, I would keep it simple and easily navigatable and concentrate on content. After all it is only a web-presence site. If you feel that the site is going to be good for business then pay someone to design your site. It is a nice, informative site. ( the design is not good but adequate?, IMO)

gee thanks...
ok, the reason why i like the site with the girl is that... compared to the 1st one... it's more appealing to the eyes. and if visitors are to choose what to click "man" or "women" - for sure we have a landslide winner on it...
"get in touch" is not a catchy word but by placing a picture of the girl makes it more clickable...

joshcanhelp: cheers Josh, the copy at the minute is kind of just filler text so I and my client will be working at that and I will use your advice with that so thanks.

Raysor:I can do design, but I wanted this site to be clean , airy(is that a word? lol) and fresh. Also I wanted to keep it as simple as possible because elderly clients will hopefully use the site and if it had a lot of noise it mite confuse them.

I think the site has a relevant content and the design is quite good. but i think that the color scheme is not appropriate to the design!

EDIT: I have just added a style switcher to the site(located in the footer), when activated it goes to a high contrast version with a bigger font size. I was just wondering what your thoughts were on styles switches. Do you think that they are good for accessibility? Or do you think they are just overkill?
