When I was looking at the name, new-talk I was wondering what the subject of the forum was. Then I saw in fine text under the title the site description.
One thing I did notice, you are using your ADMIN account to post. This is in bad taste. Create another account and add it to the admin group, then use that other account to post with. This also gives you a backup account to access the admin control panel.
Thephotography section is a nice addition. I do not remember seeing too many webmaster sites that have a picture section. Which it can come in very handy.
You really need more posting members. The admin account has made 6362 post. But your whole site has only 7200 post. This is where that second admin account can come in handy. It will break up seeing the same name over and over.
The flash and multimedia section looks like its full of "flash" - what about multimedia? Maybe a few post on video editing software? If you do not have any video editing software, use windows movie maker that comes with XP and vista.

A member ask a question, and another member sends them somewhere else. On post #4 of that page, plezticz post a link to another site. How are you supposed to build membership if people are sent somewhere else? Your own members are sabotaging your forum.
So tell your members to stop referring new members to other sites, or you will never build up a regular membership.
If nothing else, go find the answer and post it for the new member. But never, ever refer new members to other sites that are in the same nitch as you.
