nothing special about the overall look of your blog... tho, it looks messy...
but you've got great content.

2 probs imho, your url/name is impossible to remember, and for example I cant say to a friend "hey check out the site .." because I cant pronounce or spell it.
Plus you have FAR too much going on down the right hand side, i know you need to raise money but the loading times and clutter are a turn off. It would possibly stop me returning.
