Website Review and Suggestions

Im trying to set up this site with a blog and forumns and curently I am using a wordpress blog and simple machines forumns. The problem is that im trying to combine these two things into one site with the same CSS and same user acounts etc. Im considering using a CMS (do you have any recomendations here?) and really dont know how else I could set it up. Im pretty new to this so if you could take a look and tell me how you think I could best set up this site that would be great.

I have never used this but heard about it at work, you can combine wordpress and phpbb using this guide:
