Website Review and Suggestions

Hello,
I have a web site with shared hosting and I doubt if the site pages are loading fast or not.

Please check my site http://cbtopsites.com and some of its pages and inform me if they are loading fast or not.

Please also suggest me about design and other aspects of the site.
Please post your comments about anything related to the site.

I really wish to improve the site and make it user friendly.
So, Hearty welcome to Any type of Negative comments / replies.
Please suggest modifications or Improvements..

Health and fitness has "$nsbp" visable inbetween. The design is good but I think it looks a bit dated. The top, footer, and leftsidebar look kind of old but the content is well formated.

I'm not crazy about the colors, but that's a matter of taste. It looks pretty good - easy navigation. I found that many of the categories had entries that didn't fit the categories - mostly they seemed to be credit ads. Makes me wonder if you approve the submissions that come in.

Kinda boring and to busy at the same time, some grouping of links with images instead of the dry list appearance would improve aesthetics.

I recommend usage of Web 2.0 to the site.. it really looks like the site design is outdated, Use new colour.. The best example of a colour change would be XP to Vista...

the color scheme is not that much great, and the layout is too simple to me! i think you should do some adjustment regarding to the color and to the design!
