Maybe you could use the same black gradient at the top for the footer, just to bring everything together? I'm not a fan of the logo, it looks kind of random, and why not replace the "top-spots" thing with a simple 125x125 ad or something? It doesn't really fit in with the design.

I can't review the content 'cuz it's in another language...

Site is simple and clear, but i don't like iphones, it's **** without sending mms :P HTC TYTN II rulez! hehe

design looks really ok for me... very simple and but attractive.
tho, i have no idea what the content is all about.

it's actually pretty good. Though if you're going to put up a website about iPhone's you might want to make a more funky header. But then again, simplicity always wins so it's alright.
