Hi There,
I think you need to get a site logo, and also a template which will make the site more interesting. You will also want to create a few more pages to introduce the and maybe a page with contact information.

You need to build a bit of trust amoungst your clients so they will be willing to post their questions on your website.

it seems a bit bland IMHO.

What forum software are you using? I like the fact that it has your posts at the top, and then the main forum below. Perhaps give the "my posts" bar a different color to differentiate it from the main forum.

I would also think about adding some small graphics at the top to give it a more user friendly design.

Yeah, really needs graphics and definately a search control as well as a news feed.

These are things I think you need to consider:
1) No Logo - branding is always necessary
2) Too much whitespace, maybe add some images?
3) No Favicon
4) Main theme text isn't entirely suitable, it's biased and unhelpful. Defining terms or expanding acronyms or initialisms is fine.
5) I'd split it into areas, or just group them on the page, eg. Computers, Peripherals, Browsers ...
