I think the portfolio looks great but the flash transitions you have in your header look a little pixelated as they tween. There is no fluid movement like I would expect to see from them. Just my 2 cents.

Overall design looks nice. I agree that the flash header transitions is kinda messed up and not really smooth. I also wanted to point out that the site loads very slow, and also between pages as well.

Site looks nice. Good work.

One thing I noticed is on your portfolio page, when a picture is clicked, I get a red x while loading rather than your intended loading gif.

the gradient in your name at the left hand side is too intense and garish

I like the design and concept of the site. It really looks nice and impressing.. I like its color scheme too. It's well-coordinated. Just try to work out on the transition of your flash.

Looks good and I particularly like have the recent work on the home page. Also, good job making the flash gracefully scale down to an image. A few things I did not like:
- The "By Raymond Ramy" text on the side with the rainbow gradient seems a little strange. You might try a different color?
- The flash pulls your eye away from the logo. This might not be a problem, though.
- It seems a little strange that the flash is not there on pages other than the home page.

Other than that, great job!
