A classy looking site that validates with W3C - well done.

I really like what you have produced and can find nothing to find fault with.

I like it - well done

One or two small things (and I do mean small!):
The series of heading navigation looks like it should go right across, maybe do this, or incorporate the link beneath?
The subtitles (e.g. 'Web Design') need to be bold, or bigger, or just different to the text beneath, I think, because that's what the eye expects.
'Professional Web Design solutions' looks wrong. I mean you've made a statement capitalising the other things, but I think you should capitalise solutions also. (One for the Private Eye anyway!)
I'm personally against the use of the word 'testimonials' and I'm not too keen on the navigation red bar effect, particularly if you go from one to another.
Looks very good though, but I haven't check accessibility yet.

Nice design changes. I agree with the navigation fitting the whole page thing. Ah, couple of content issues.

In the "articles" section. If you don't have articles, don't show the category. It makes it [the site] look empty. Don't load the navigation on EVERY page. It gets kind of irritating. Maybe just the home page, and keep it static for the rest?

You should put "order online" in the main navigation. Seriously. Also, I think you should change up between the "web design services" and the packages on alternate pages. People probably don't care about your web design if they don't know how much you're charging for hosting. Don't hide that info. Also, on the order online page, (...can you order OFFLINE? do you even need the "online" part?) there's just the random building again? Maybe shrink your "web design services" and slap it up there. Maximize your ad potential and junk...

On the packages themselves, the empty boxes on the right side of each package deal look empty save for the arrow. Maybe put a "more info" there or something? or just put an arrow? I dunno

The "support area" looks drastically different and feels drastically different from the rest of the site. The icons also feel too "kid like." And the footer is different. Spend some more time on this page dude. (the "order online" page)

While I like the red effect on the navigation, the color scheme just doesn't seem to warrant enough use of the color red to warrant it. Maybe add some more red in the typography?

The proxy page looks just awful. Really, it does.

Legal Thing:

I don't see a privacy policy. I assume since you're selling a service you'll want to have one?

'Kay, I'm done.

good site but i think the google text links at the very bottom are very out of place and wouldnt be worth the confusion they cause
