Website Review and Suggestions

Hey guys, i was wanting some feedback on the layout of my site. http://www.commutex.com We are a website dedicated to the commuter and the benefits of commuting. We just started so there is a lack of content right now. What are your overall thoughts about the site and the layout?

We have a forum for ride share ads and a separate community for everything else. I would like to have some feedback on whether or not I should have both or combine them.

Any feedback is welcomed.

logo and header is weak, other than that, ok

I know exactly what you mean by the logo, but what do you think I can do to help the header?

better change to font.. it's to simple!
and change you template into a much livelier design...

Ok I updated the theme, and added a different header. Do you guys think it looks better?

i like the layout a lot.. over all its pretty smooth. There are 2-3 things though. What up with the slogan div? I'd rather just see a smooth flowing slogan somewhere on the header. Also, i was reading through your content an you have a few grammatical errors so i'd just go through and proof read that if i was you. but other than that the site looks great

The slogan thing is apart of the theme (I use Drupal, so much easier than doing it yourself) I have to find how to get rid of it in the code. As for the spelling, I'll go check that out.
