Thank you for your comments, I agreed with you about the header but I don't know what to put there, I will start fixing the graphic because it looks a little blurry. What else do you think that I have to change about this, putting some Cartagena beaches maybe? or
Do you think leaving it clean and just fixing the graphic will be fine?

Thank you, It's very important to me the theme matching the website, but regarding the menu bar, Do you think I have to change the colors, fonts or do you suggest?

You are right Logic, there are a lot of people looking to address their obesity problem not only for aesthetics, also but health reasons.
