I think the layout is clean and crisp. I like it.
If you're wanting to get search engine traffic however, this site won't do it for you.
Try adding a description tag in the head and add title="..." tags to your links, describing your links. That will at least be a good start in pulling search engine traffic.
Make sure all images have descriptive ALT="..." tags (even the "site related" and "JackFan Navigation" images should have ALT tags.
Remove all non-working links, or at least put a page there that says "coming soon" or something... letting search engines find black holes on your site is never good for ranking well in search engines.

Go sign up for Google Webmaster tools and submit an actual sitemap to them.
DOn't know what program you're using to build the site, but if it's in a blog program live Movable Type or WordPress, you should be able to download a plugin to automatically rebuild a Google site map every time you make an update to the site.
That's a good place for starters on traffic. I have about 1,000 more ideas for you for traffic, but that's a good place to start.
