well it looks good enough, but it loads slowly and in IE7 at least the "home" page shows on the lower left instead of centered.

The title "Recently Popular Tags" will work better with WHITE text on orange background.

your site doesnt explain what it is, you are assuming the visitor knows what use it is but i assure you they cant read your mind
