The idea's good, but the website is horrible. The adverts stick out like sore thumbs, not fitting in at all. The Advertising really detracts from the content of the websites, and CAPS LOCK is not how to type body text. The logo needs fitting in, and there is no real styling. Very long pages are annoying, particularly where you could very easily put things side by site and get along a lot better. Work on a couple of folds, integrating elements such as advertising and the introduction. The ticker box is no better than static advertising - and the person at the top gets a lot less exposure - should the ticker not wrap around? That would be better. Considering the above the three small images are taking up valuable space. I think you could easily improve the quality of the site by decluttering and reorginising the main section of the page.

have to agree the adverts ruin everything way to many.

I third the idea that there are way too many ads. I think you should bring the main content up because at first, I didn't even know that was there! As FoundationFlash said, typing the body in Caps is not a good idea. Also, you should get a logo that blends in. The surrounding is blue but the logo background is white. The ads are screaming for me to X it out and never come back. What would happen if someone had a text-only browser and visited your site?

what is the purpose of the site? I guess its something to do with radio.. other than that it didn't smack me in the face

It's an okay website. It has alot of the cheap graphics that are tacky.

You can use a sans serif fornt for "$$$ LISTEN - LEARN - EARN $$$".
Avoid the horizontal scrollbar in 1024x768.
The graphic are seriously challenged

, you better enhance them.
And it has way too much information in a single page.
