please review it and let me know where is he lacking...

After viewing your site i can tell you that it looks very well made. The Site can be slow though on my PC and the Email marketing page seems not to work for about 20 seconds which could put customers off,

Hey just visited your site and the site looks nice and it is well developed. The colors are great and mixed well with each other. I like how you organize your site, it looks simple and the site is easy to navigate.

the site looks upto the new web standards. colors and layout also turned up well!!
You need to market it more offline than only online!!

the site is really neat and clean...the design is really well same as the color scheme... just a little slow while accessing other sub pages.

i think that you should adjust a little bit the position of the logo, but the design is really neat and tidy...overall you've done a great job!

That's a lot of "its good" comments, is that helpful at all?

You can definately make improvements by getting a larger better designed logo
and getting rid of that background. I actually think if the background was white the site would look much cleaner and professional. Good work though.

You have way to many navigation options. This confuses people. I always recommend removing sign-up forms from the home page. It looks tacky and desperate. Use a link at the bottom of the page instead Then on that form page do more selling.

Many websites assume it is a good practice to have a form on the home page we strongly disagree. That's like walking into WalMart and the greeter tries selling you something before you know what you want.

Like many website you have changed your page layout. This sends a subliminal message that you can not be trusted. Think about this for a while. Web sales are about trust and consistency. When your pages change your are adding doubt to the equation that should not be there.

I don't see a features and benefits presentation and where do you ask for the sale?
