Hey just checked out your site and its looking good. I kinda agree with FGU about the logo, try to replace your header by designing a good looking one.

Your logo is covered by the ad you place on the top, it's better if it is seen clearly.
Try to put the ad somewhere else.
Your last footer will be better place if it is in the middle than on the left.
