I have had my site up and running for about 2 years. The first year I had it running off of the Joomla CMS, then I switched over to using php by itself.

The site offers local artists/bands to sign up and to get promoted. We make a profile for them with a biography, music, and links to their Website and Myspace's. In additon we post artist news and music videos as well as events for them.

URL http://www.nwchristianmusic.com

I'd love to know what I could improve on to make it better. Right now I average a 40 a day visitor rate, which would love to see it break triple numbers in the near future.

Nice site, the color scheme sticks out and emphasizes on what needs to be said. Your message is conveyed instantly. I got "Wesleyan" style retro christian kind of cool rock n roll site... is this right?

Like eautocad said, I agree that the color theme is suitable for the content of the site.

Just 3 things that I can think of at the moment:

1. Perhaps this is just personal taste, but maybe left-align instead of centre your pargraphs (I'm talking about Our Mission, SignUp to mailing list etc)
2. Perhaps the store page could link back to the homepage. I know the back button on the browser seems obvious, but some people don't know what it does Then again, it's not a big issue
3. If you use XML for your site map instead of a list, your website will probably be more findable via the search engines.

Hope that was helpful

Yeah it was very helpful, thanks. One question, how would i make my XML Sitemap show up in a template? So it's not just a random page?

You can use XSL to add formatting to the XML file. W3Schools.com has a great tutorial to help.
