Website Review and Suggestions

I have some ads on the site mostly at the top and bottom of each post and on the side of the main page. If not for the ads how do I even pay for the site each month? It has yet in about 3 months to pay for itself but it may happen this month.

What reason would I need a talking cow on the site?

Yeah but its not just about cows ha ha. Some people dont like the domain name but it stands out doesn't it?

I am getting over 30k page views a month now and the site is just 3 months old I think.
