Our site is losing potential customers in the middle of the ordering process, and we don't know why. Please go through the process to the payment page, maybe fresh eyes are all that's needed.

ok firstly, AWFUL url. I know you are playing on the phrase "say cheese", but egads, thats a horrible misspelling. You would be better off using a generic word and building your own brand eg redlion, or happygnome etc

i went through the process and saw no problems. Your system for uploading image on product is simply fantastic. REALLY good. I can only suggest that less confident users get lost here or perhaps there are browsers issues (it worked fine in firefox for me).

Good shopping cart too.

maybe change "upload image" button to "choose your image". I would do that, as when you arrive there for the 1st time there is a lot going on at that page. OR take surfers to the "Upload Your Photo" page before they get to the flash/design screen

after trying to "continue" several times in IE 7 after uploading my photo, I gave up and closed the window.

honestly your products are expensive..other companies offer the same service with a cheaper price..
