Okay well, I don't really see any totally in-depth stuff here, so I guess I'll do my thing. You don't seem like the offensive type. Please feel free to ask for clarifications or totally disagree.
It's...not a good design. However, it's a good design concept. I'll start with elements I really like:
The initiative - You've got a structure going on, you've got a favicon and different page layouts going on. I'm totally impressed. A lot of designers don't take enough time to plan interior pages that well.
The header gradient - I love it. The pattern and the colors are totally amazing and could make for the basis of a very nice theme.
The navigation - I'm always struggling with tabbed navigation. I love how you've handled it. Very sleek. I would say highlighting it with the beige gradient instead of the black/white ghost thing you've got going on. Keep up the consistency.
Now on to the negatives:
No drop shadow images - they just don't look good.
The scheme: the green background for content? I would lose it. Honestly it's just not an attractive background color, and with all the emphasis on spacing in your design, it's kind of dragging it down. I would also invert (make the beige black and the black beige) the navigation. I think it would go better with the pattern if you're looking for a darker color scheme. So I'm gonna run down two roads now:
Darker scheming suggestions - invert the navigation, then use the lightest blue in the gradient (which is pretty dark) for the background. Lighten up the text colors so they're visible.
Lighter scheming suggestions - keep the navigation as it currently is, and use a lighter beige (really light) as your background.
I would not suggest keeping the scheme exactly as it is. The text is just too hard to read.
The Layout: The homepage is fine, as is the portfolio. Once you reach the images and galleries, you've gone too far. The gallery page feels really messy to me. The about page does as well, it feels like there's just too much space.
The Logo: Dude, go for white with no border. It will go much better (in my opinion) with the gradient. Also, I would suggest getting a thinner font. You've got a lot of emphasis in that pattern to work with.
It almost feels like you're trying to do too much. I would say stop, evaluate the elements you really want to bring out, and design based on those. If you want resources, more opinions, or you just wanna yell at me (it's happened before) then let me know.
