This is my third attempt at getting this right and I am sure there is even more to work on but could you please let me know what you think so far?
* I updated the MAIN PAGE last night with some different graphics and layout but the rest of the site has NOT been updated yet until I find out if it is good enough.
Umm... Get rid of that background music! It's very irritating! Or at least don't make it autoplay when the visitor visits. At 1024x768, I see a horizontal scroll bar. All caps is not the way you should make links. Why is there a balloon shooter game on a magazine site? I don't think it's a good idea putting a ad in the header. The ads are also annoying. The text is sort of hard to read.
No background music, the font in the body isn't right for the page, use verdana. Something about the banner is sort of off, I can't figure it out, maybe somebody else can.
Ok all of this is sounding good, I will go ahead and take the music player off of auto play and find a better text for the page while also fixing the caps on the links.

Get rid of the autostart music, NOW. Increase the padding on the content boxes. Cut down on the number of different font styles. Shrink the page width a bit so it fits 1024x768.
