You might want to restructure you ad placement.

Nice bright site, and your colour choice is good, I would agree with Flythemes though, and think about the add placements, the two long narrow ones fit quite well, and don't stand out as being ads, but the large square one does, so you might want to change that one.

I would also look at making the area where your question appears a bit more obvious as I missed it the first. Also the textboxes for the login extend into the blue background in FF2 (Mac), but not in Safari.

Nice game. I would suggest make the "How to play xxx" text bigger, though I believe many people will know how to play instantly.

Also, it might be better if the "Pick out the person ..." text could blink or something like it, to grab the attention after user clicks on a picture. Cause I clicked few times, then it was asking me to pick person younger than 20, not older than 45...

good concept, but the pics are hard to make out, lighting conditions vary etc - its not really fair on the person playing
