I would make better use of white space... also there is room for improvement in terms of design... I found it a little templateish

Hmm, i left it white to give it a "clean" sort of feel.

I would suggest getting rid of the line background you have over the content of the website. You could put the lines as the main background and just have the a big white space / block over the content information. It will be alot easier for people reading your website. The line in the background is extremely distracting. Also, you need to have your web pages consistence if you go to ( http://www.answerproblems.com/index.php ) and then ( http://www.answerproblems.com/loans.php?id=5 ) you can see that the background is not the same on all the pages. Also, I strongly disagree with your Google ads being used on the left side. I'm not sure why a HOME EQUITY & MORTGAGE WEBSITE would have Google ads on it to begin with - rather tacky. One more thing your "Bookmark Us" link doesn't work. Best of luck to you.

My first thoughts are it looks very busy to me. I also like the colors you have used, but for some reason the content and the way it's layed out is very busy looking. Is there a reason why the header was made in flash, everything you have there so far can be recreated in javascript and the main nave should be created in CSS using a ul and li tags so it will help your SEO efforts.

I completely agree with this..

The only thing I would add is... try to make the nav a little smaller so it is the same height as the pictures.. it looks funny sticking up like that. Also, put a little padding between the left box and the footer... it looks crunched together.And finally... I would avoid the use of tables for structure...

Other than that, you have a nice clean professional looking site that just needs some minor changes
