Website Review and Suggestions

I am designing a new website and now that the design is done I would need some feedback to make sure everything is ok.

Interesting design. I also like it. A lot, mind you.

I personally don't enjoy the color white as a header background for this site (white seems to be around too much on this page already) and animals actually are not prominent on this page despite the title. I know that's tough to do, but some more dog tracks, animal-esqe symbols, and such could help to make this even better.

I could replace my description box at the top by an animal image and add animal tracks in the back but what can I do for the white background?

Nice design, clean layout, easy on the eye, ads not too intrusive. the only thing i can see is that i'm not sure why the site is about horses but the header banner looks like leopard print?

In fact the site is about pets (cats, dogs, birds, horses, fishes, ferrets, reptiles, etc...) but I decided to make the demo page for horses.

Absolutely fantastic jonroy, really. The changes made it for me. Great job.

There can always be changes and edits, but for now work on some content I guess because the design is just great and I... well, can't see anything I immediately notice as wrong.

The background in the header is WAY too busy and totally distracting. I'd really like to see a little more clarity in the footer area, kind of like you have going in the sidebar. I would also move the banner to inside the header - next to the logo.

It's a really nice design, though.

finally a decent design... looks ok, the ad at the top is killing it though, I would've integrate it in the header... the top links and search box, I would align them with the content edges... also would add other details like making the tabs more appealing, as well as the end of the page...
