Website Review and Suggestions

Hi all,

I designed a website that will allow you to add login forms from all the various sites out there that you log into daily. You can add up to 12 login forms.
The site works pretty well although there are a few minor patches i am making to it so it is more compatible with more login forms,

Basically all you do is copy the url of a website you log into and paste it on this site and a robot will crawl the url and post the login form on the page...its a pretty simple concept and hopefully i can get some feedback and opinions.

Even without the privacy concerns I think you'll find the site is not going to take off.

It could be the case that some of the host sites will block you once they realise you are a man in the middle.

If someone wanted to remember form logins so that they don't have to keep typing it in they click the 'Remember Me' box, use Firefox or IE auto forms etc.

I don't want to be harsh, but I have to agree. This is just not a good idea. All of the privacy and technological issues involved just don't make the service worth it. Your current privacy statement doesn't feel very reassuring in terms of covering it's bases.

Aside from that, the design is just not appealing. The graphics could be much, much, better. The illustration makes no sense, and the gradients (with the exception of the clear blue bar at the top) are poor.

I have to agree as well- I see a potential security hole that I would never use...

Plus it doesn't seem to have an added benefit- *maybe* if it logged all your usernames/passwords for you so that you could one-click to log in to all the sites you want to use- but there's no reason why I would want to go to a page each time to have to *find* the dock (even if it's on the main page)... further I'd also have to log IN to this page to get my docks... To log into another site...

Seems redundant to me but maybe you can make it work ?

As for the site design, it seems pretty plain and black and white, and I really don't like the dividers between the docks?

I'm sure the intentions here are good, but there is just no way in hell I would give my logins to just some website. Even if Google offered a service like this I would pass.

Your site is missing a privacy policy, which is pretty **** important for your site. A site like this should also be using HTTPS. You'd also have an easier battle establishing trust if you had VeriSign SSL certificates, but those start at $995.

I agree with others that, having usernames and password by a third party site would have serious privacy implications.

For storing usernames and passwords securely in one place, users can use Password Safe It is opensource and it is free.
Also KeePass Password Safe

I guess that the idea is uncleared i guess that third party site will have problems to the hosting of other site's that you included in it, by the way the design looks simple to me and the font type doesn't fit to the site!
