Website Review and Suggestions

I have recently opened my web design agency... and finally have a decent website... let me know what you think... what would you do different if would be yours?

My browser is trying to connect to 192.168.2.101... so probably a link needs fixing.

As for the site (what did load), it's looks great... informative home page, nice and spacious. Could use a footer though.

The website won't stop loading... same as what Mr. B. is talking about. I would guess it's the module headers that aren't loading it seems to be missing stuff. I'm guessing it's trying to load the sIFR headers?

That loading thing is a pain, haha, but doesn't take away from your design one bit luckily. It's pretty fantastic. Loving the logo and the colors you picked very much. Also notable is that tagline (about make sites worth clicks), I really enjoy it.

Throw a nice footer in there and you're solid. Actually, I would also personally change the middle bar with your tagline in it up a bit for the different pages instead of leaving it static. Though it really doesn't take away from the experience, so heck.

Oh and one more thing... I found every page except the Services page to be infused with content amazingly. The services page just seems so drull though and the text on it is... well, just regular text sitting there. Plus, it still doesn't give a great idea of what your services actually are. It's vague.

Nice job overall though, really amazing.

You have a pretty neat design. The page did not load fully... I have not seen the footer once at all. I do not know why it is not loading. FYI, I am a very fast network.

Just a thought, why do you need the homepage graphic banner "we build websites..." on all the pages? It occupies more space and in the subpages I have to scroll everytime to read the content.

Great looking site. Very professional looking portfolio as well. Just a quick note: Your CSS validates, but your HTML has just a few validation errors that would probably take only a few minutes to fix.

That flash header text finally loads... though, I don't think that "needs" to be Flashed. It could just be regular text or an image even. Meh.

I am definitely a newb when it comes to web design. So, take this with a grain of salt. There is something about your site that makes me immediatly uncomfortable. Like immediately, I feel like I need to do something. I think what creates that uneasy tension is the enormous section at the top where you give your logo and tag followed by your pitch encouraging the viewer to contact you. I know that's an important thing you are doing there: drawing attention to the two most important links on the page, 'contact us' and 'portfolio'. It's just my initial reaction is that I have to go somewhere else to view the content of your site. For some reason, I think the content should be immediately viewable. Unless of course the primary purpose of your main landing page is to encourage the viewer to click one of the two links at the top. And even if it is, I don't see how you could have provided sufficient incentive for them to do so without seeing any real content.

I like the overall look and feel of the site.

As VirtuosiMedia above says you have 4 errors in your HTML on your home page which as web designer I would think you would want to fix.

Other than that good work.

BTW I notice from the posts above that a number reported problems with loading - there were none for me.

I didn't have the loading issue, but I don't like what you're doing with the header. I think the texture is a little too heavy. The hands with the mouse don't look very inviting either. Everything below the header is pretty balanced, except for this:

This area above your examples feels squished. I think cleaning it up or maybe using colors to separate it would be a good idea.
