Website Review and Suggestions

Hi Everyone-
I joined this forum for some help/insight and I'm hoping to get that from you guys today-

Here's my latest project:

I've been working hard on it and it's running Joomla 1.5.x with a theme from rockettheme... I know- lame- but I honestly am no good at the artsy theme-ing thing...

What I mostly would like feedback on is content organization- given the whole site, where would you guys place stuff, or menus, or links. The site is not so much to drive a raw profit but rather serve as an information hub.

I'm completely open to constructive criticism to fire away!

Looks nice... in IE 6 you have something strange going on when you hover over About on your menu at the top.
