Site looks really good, clean and organized, but I noticed at least in IE 7 that right under your home button there's like a little "bump" of white that pops up for some reason. It kind of messes up your nicely lined header area. It also occurs underneath the other main links when the cursor hovers over them.
I don't feel that's major, but it might be something of a pet peeve for others.
