I had a quick look at what you have acheived so far and liked what I saw.
A few items that could be improved:-
i) You have two graphic links, one to Dexter and one to Eastman. There is no indication where these lead.
ii)When hovering on the menu items the titles obscure the first item of the sub-menus.
iii)Personally I would put a small margin on the bottom of your wrapper div to lift the whole page from the bottom. This is only a small point.
Overall I like the look and colour scheme you have chosen and wish you well with your project.
