Website Review and Suggestions

I decided I wasn't happy with the original design I came up with for my personal site. It just lacked imagination and just isn't me:

So, I spent a couple hours in photoshop and this is what I came up with:

Its not quite finished yet (will it ever be?), but I'd like to hear your thoughts and / or suggestions.

I think its a good site to sell prescript meds out of... you should be able to bank affiliate revenue

Overall this looks interesting, although I commented positively on your first one. The only comments I would make is on the very dark text color which is slightly low on contrast. Also, "Bipolar" at the beginning of your footer is a bit hard to read die to the graphic under it.

I like them both, but they are completely different styles. The only thing about the new I could change would be the readability of the copy on the page when over a textured background, maybe consider a semi - transparent png in a div help readability.
