Hi everyone,
We would like to get a review from you on the site, www.feelingthevibe.com. It is an online magazine geared towards young people. Any advice as far as ways to optimize it for search engines, making it clear and easy to navigate, and anything else to make it better will be appreciated.

I think you have a sound foundation to work on, but there are a host of alignment, graphical and coluring issues that you need to address:

- Header graphic is too big
- Sub-heading graphics are too big
- Navigation menu doesn't align with content area
- Too much unused space
- Content isn't formatted identically throughout
- Images included in content look awkward
- General style isn't something I'd necessarily associate with young people

One thing I would say, in relation to your sub-heading graphics, is that white text on a black background can play havoc with people's eyes. With the 'aftermarket' font you are using this will be especially true, so it may be worth playing around with that a little.

As for optimising your site for search engines, it's simply a case of making sure the site is built properly (clear, simple coding and, if you have used tables, minimal nesting), has original and regularly updated content, and content which corresponds to any meta data you have programmed.

How big should headers be on a website? What is the standard?

- Sub-heading graphics are too big
- Navigation menu doesn't align with content area
- Too much unused space
Are you referring to the space around the navigation menu? When we input the code for the menu bar it made it that way with the space since there are drop down menus. What should we do to fix that? We don't want the drop down menus running into the content area of the page.

- Content isn't formatted identically throughout

How so exactly, is it as far as alignment, sizing, is there pixelation going on?

- General style isn't something I'd necessarily associate with young people
This is interesting. What age group would you associate it with?
