Website Review and Suggestions

Hey, i'm currently trying to make a website (im not very arty, so Im finding it hard to make something)

I came up with the following, feedback needed!

For an empty template I would say it's pretty good, but you need to get a logo in the yellow area at the top of the page (header). From there, put your contact information in to the top right of that area, then start with a navigation system along the left side of the page going down.

It's hard to say too much as there's not much to see. Be careful of the corner edges as I can see a difference in colour. Unusual colour combination, but it seems to work so far

I like it, looking really professional, the only minor comment I would make would be to maybe change the colour of the very top section were the links are, I think white like the left content section would be better than the grey of the right content section, good work though.
