Hi,
I am no expert either but thought I would make a few comments on what you noted above (I have only noted on the obvious stuff, not trying to pick holes out of it

I wouldn't use anythignlike this - complete waste of time.
I had a look at the 'report' it generates and I think thats where you got a lot of your advice from.

Try to get your content up to at least 300 words per page. Submitting pages with less than that requires really good quality content. Unless you submit your page to the ODP (www.dmoz.org)

Sorry but wrong on both counts. Theres no set number of words or minimum number of words or anything for web pages, its a combination of everything - what does DMOZ do? from everything I have read its days of being a must for SEO have gone (if they can get your snippet and title correct in their listings that is ) but again, I am still arning.

Your Web design does contain header elements (i.e. <h1>, <h2>, etc...), but they are not being used properly. Search engines use header elements to determine the context and purpose of your Web page.

Again, sorry but 65 out of 100 of what? this figure is meaningless.
I am suprised you didn't mention backlinks to improve page PR...
From one learner to another -
Waste of digital ink that report, not trynig to be awkward or anything its just the OP might take you at your word - which is fairly off the mark IMHO
Have a look at some of the Q&A in the forum at http://www.highrankings.com/
they also have good aricles etc.
