I think it looks great! It is a little 'dark' but overall I am really impressed by it as well as the informative flash info on the main page.

I think you've done a great job!

I think to finish it off you should throw some sexy rollovers on those topnav links and remove the outline from them using outline:none;.

I'm sure you are capable of this but if you need help us at webmaster-talk are always eager to help!
