I am working on a website for a local patisserie. It did include taking some pics of their cakes, yum

You can buy online using the online catalogue but it's only simple Paypal stuff.

I looked at the site for a bit and in my opinion it's very well designed. It is very simple on the eyes and simple to navigate. You've done a great job of adding all buttons that are neccessary and addition of newletter op-in is great. The paypal part is not your fault..hahaha. Great job overall.

You should change the bottom bar and make the edges rounded cause the top and sidebars are rounded.

I don't think you need to make the top bar and the sidebar buttons look rounded. Lots of sides just use a flat color with rounded edges.

The rest looks cool man.

It looks good, and navigation is clear and easy. The only criticism I have is the rounded edges also. you can probably use some css to make the edges rounded on your pictures if that's what you're going for.

Thanks for the comments. I have made some changes with input back from the client also. Some slight modifications here and there + a money off offer.

I have to say that I think it is lacking in alignment.
I'm not really aware of the typographic "rules" but to me aligning things center AND left (or right) looks tacky.

I also usually try to keep text at LEAST 10 px away from photos, usually 15 or more. That's just me though.
