the graphics such clock and handphone? does not give much meaning... is it accidentally located?

you can put a real clock there... suppose the graphic related to the site..

font? ... it will be easier if you use font that is for reading purpose... eg. Times New Roman... since there is like _ in the bottom of each word.. this is for HCI perspective.. it actually act as a guidelines to the user..

you also can add some color for attractive ...

no, not really. for print yes, the serifs make it a lot easier to read, but with the limited resolution of screen compared to print you need something designed for the screen like verdana or similar san-serif font.

site looks good! but you need some proper headings for the questions like this
"What is a Web Address Icon?"
