I think it has some good flash development. Did you use Swishmax for the flash? The overall visual effects in terms of graphics isn't overwhelming. I guess the site serves its purpose. It isn't as crisp as it could be. If it wasn't a business related website then it would be less to talk about. Its just not as professional and clean for my taste.
