Hi, I was wondering if anyone here could help me out by giving me some constructive criticism on a website that I made (still am making).
The site in question is a philosophy website for my philosophy class called Pisp.co.uk. There are four main sections; - Learn - Philosophy articles
- Flux - A blog about philosophy in the media
- Interact - Competitions, quizzes and other stuff that lets the user get involved
- About - About us.
I was just wondering what everybody thought and if anybody had any tips on improving it?
In particular, would you say that the advertising is too much? Making money isn't the primary objective our site, but we could do with raising about £40 ($100) to pay for next year's hosting. I really want to try and avoid 'diluting' our site's academic value by slapping adverts all over the place.
Thanks, Michael.
