It does load.
You need to validate your code, you've got some coding errors going on.
Overall I'd say it's pretty good. Just a few comments though;
- In Firefox 3.05, the text in the in the upper section is running over the little puzzle graphic.
- Don't center ALL of the text, it's not good for readability as centered text is actually harder to read.
- The font size is just a bit too small and you shouldn't use PX for font sizing, it prevents some IE users from being able to make the text bigger should they need to to read it.
