Nice site, really good work. At first sight i thought the menu was a bit dull but because it's a one page design it is not necessary for people to know there is actually a menu.

There is not really much to say about it. There could be a chance the text is difficult to read for certain people because it's light and small. Maybe you can do a little test with some older people cause lots of them have a hard time reading the web. I do these small tests sometimes and it is always surprising how people interact with the things you create.

Off course this is all usability (maybe just as important for a website). Your website looks like you have a good knowledge about graphic design, looks balanced with a nice, light colorscheme.

One thing is really good. When i entered the page i immediately wanted to click on your work at the right site. Maybe its a nice idea to put a small link underneath there to your contact form. When they like your work they can contact you right away without scrolling or worst, chancing there mind :S

Once again, nice work and please don't take my words for granted but think about them.

Thanks for the comments, I'd add that contact thing but its right above where the contract work and stuff is? and yea the text was a lot lighter before I went onto another monitor at a public place and couldn't read it LOL so I darkened it, it seemed to be pretty good on most monitors...I was thinking maybe darker like you said but then it would off balance things a bit?

and one last note...old people use the intarnets?

My grandma uses the internet doubt if see is interested in some work of you but still. I think there will be more and more older people using the internet. There are even small courses for these people here so they can contact other people and become less lonely. I beleive it is really becoming a growing market...but thats a whole other story.

Maybe for your site it is a bit over the top optimizing the site for older (visually impaired) people. I always like to think about these topics. In the end we have to make sure our sites are visitable by all the people out there.

Anyway love the design,

I think that the content is quite impressive and interesting, but the design is quite simple to me! I think that proper adjustment on design and color scheme will help a lot!

lol anyone can just say that but any ideas? :P I mean come on you can say "Proper adjustment on the design will help a lot" on anything thats not really a critique...haha

Anyways I was going for the simple look, it will look a bit more 'complex' kind of as more content gets added.
