It took me a minute to figure it out...So what you are doing basically, is having people register with there name, location, email etc..Storing that information in a database and dumping it back out for other people to see? Not really good unless your only allowing certain information to be seen, but the idea looks good, especially if it (the coding) works right.
The colors need to be changed, what's with the yellow and white? And the grey and white? That's pretty hard to read.
Note: I hope you don't get the idea to have people submit their phone numbers in there, or other personal data in which your site could be considered a MLM site...People really hate when their phones ring late at night or early in the morning by pranksters that as an example, but the use of collecting email address as well as their location is another bad idea. Not saying you are doing that, but just take caution cause others might think that without thinking twice.
My overall rating for your site: 50% out of 100% given the fact that the name is sounds good enough for the sceptical people according to me. Otherwise, it would be 0% out of 100%
