Website Review and Suggestions

Hello, I'm so close to being finished with this template.
Please let me know what you think. I wanted a mix of 10tb, site5, and mediatemple, and I think I accomplished it. I been working on this for 2 months now, and I believe this is the 7th version I've done as far as this next update goes. This is just the "main" structure I've yet to code the contents.

I think your menu bar should be under your logo. remaining all things are OK.

Nicesurf got a point... I can tell you are selling web hosting, but it is not 100% obvious. The menu should definitely be under your logo. Other than that, I really like the theme colors... (ok I'm biased because blue is my favorite color!). I think the link TOS should be more obvious as in "Terms of service"

By the way, have you thought of a marketing strategy to get clients?

the site looks great but there is something about the footer that's distracting me from the site. try not to have everything in caps and in a smaller font.

Well... the new one is an improvement from the old one. When I went to your website (http://unmeteredinc.com/) I wasn't impressed by it at all. No links work there's really nothing to your website. It appears you are selling web hosting I would suggest staying away from black and making your site look more professional. Best of luck!
