Website Review and Suggestions

Hey guys I am not new to webmaster-talk I just cant get into my old account well besides that I am trying something new something interactive so I chose xoops for my core I know lots of sites like this but what the heck I also need people to help moderators and such so if any body is interested let me know the site is

Hello,

Well, I think your website needs a great deal of work. Your banner is nothing pretty. The text is extremely pixelated. Also, having the banner and the main website be the same width is a key element in web design. The 'User Login' background should be black instead of white. I'm not sure why you would make it white to begin with. Maybe you are trying to be different but your going about it completely wrong. You are really making your vistors work to obtain information from your website. For example if you visit 'Partners' you should have a link there for them so its a direct click. I would start over personally. I'm trying to be as nice as I can so I do not discourage you from web design in general. But, maybe you need to go and read more or look at other websites and see how they are designed. Best of luck.

I like the colors a lot and the logo is great, however I think the header is way to big for some reason. I think the articles need to be formated a little dif. so that they stand out better from the rest of the page.
