CONS
- the font is bad (too small), it's white (should be light gray at least)
- the blue header tags are hard to read and too small
- the links are default blue AND on a black background! That's a no-no! Use AT LEAST light blue
- the two red advertisements are annoying, too bright, and again, bright red does not go with black or blue
- the site is not really organized, you can tell that it's about POLITICS and CURRENT AFFAIRS, but since the font is so small, many visitors visiting the homepage would quickly leave (unless they had a good reason to stay)
- the general design looks very outdated
PROS
- nice forum, seems to be very active, and with a nice community
- with so many users you seem to have hit a niche (which through a better design and more on-site content could bring you a lot more traffic)
- nice header image
- apart from the poor design the organization of the site (page-wise) is very good
